Does not take away the spectacle of grass track racing. I've been to plenty of grass track meetings over the years in the UK, could always see the whole track, good Sunday afternoon out. If you stood in the wrong place at the Ace of Aces you couldn’t see the whole track i seem to remember.

Thank you for that! I was thinking back, and I was sure that the Ace of Aces was on a hill. You couldn't see the top bend from the bottom of the hill...
iris123
A longer report on the Grass track on now. Think it will be available to watch for a while https://www.ndr.de/fernsehen/sendungen/die_nordreportage/Spruenge-Schanzen-scharfe-Kurven-Zum-100-Mal-Teterower-Bergring,sendung1258386.html
iris123
See some criticism of the track etc from Denmark Apparently Lars Munkedal commentating on Eurosport said the track was dangerous. Others have commentated that Teterow is never a GP quality track As an aside, in Germany there was a fair bit of criticism for the whole weekend. Basically poor organisation . Poor facilities, running out of drinks
