Leicester v Poole Sat 16th/4/22

Recommended Posts

Well I thought I would get this one started as meetings are now coming up thick and fast.  Pirates riding three meetings in 4 days, with some of the team riding 4 days on the trot. Will certainly be race fit.

Leicester have looked world beaters at home so far, slaughtering the opposition.  It’s looking like all they have to do is turn up and the points fall into the wallet, such is their domination.

Will they rip the Pirates a new one, or will they actually have opposition of note?

Hopefully they will be complacent as they haven't been massively tested yet. Not saying Poole are they ones to do that though!!

Will depend a lot on both set of brothers I think! Zach and Ben out perform theirs, I think good shot at least of the losers point!

No, they are riding Poole not Glasgow. Have you got into a fixture confusion?? :P

If it was Glasgow the thread title would have said that Lisa.

I think you may have it spot on.

I think any rider showing complacency in a team managed by Stuart Dixon will get his a**e kicked.

Rehearsal for the Play - Off Final.

Leicester to win by 12 points.

The team that wins the battle for minor places will come out on top. Home advantage to swing it. However, will be well worth a visit (even for neutrals) to watch two teams who will be well motivated to perform on a night when good weather is being predicted.

I doubt that the Bates' will have to dig as deep for this week's wages bill but I suspect that the Lions will pull it off. Hopefully we'll also enjoy some closer racing than we've seen lately.

There as some very good competitive racing in the match v Scunthorpe although it does not show in the final result.

Poole will fancy there chances after Leicester's rubbish performance tonight....

A full team contribution…. they were all cr*p. Nothing in it up to the half way point and then the gutsy Scorps took the pee. Our three heat leaders need to post at least thirty points between them for us to have a chance against the Pirates tomorrow.
