That's alwaya been in the rule,so teams can use horses for courses if they want,as long as they are in the top 4 of the averages for the month the pairs event takes place. Track was marginally better than previous weeks due too the tractors not coming out and keeping the grip on the inside all night…. There was an actual outside line.
