Polish Extraleague play- off Final 2nd leg Sunday 25th September Live on TV

Recommended Posts

A very good meeting marred by the Dan Bewley crash. Hope he isn’t badly hurt as it was horrendous. He was having a bit of a mare of a meeting and was unfortunately in the wrong place at the wrong time. Jeppersen over keen to keep his place in the team.

A fair result. Special mention for Kacper Woryna who is now establishing himself as a top liner. GPs beckon.

'Fortunately, the young Briton did not lose consciousness. He also has feeling in his legs and hands.

Bewley ended up on a stretcher, the British complained in a conversation with rescuers about leg pain in the thigh area. While still at the Olympic Stadium, he received first medical aid, after which he was taken to one of the hospitals in Wrocław for further examination.'

Taken from the Sparta Wroclaw site this morning

We have some good news. Daniel Bewley underwent a comprehensive examinations at the University Clinical Hospital in Wroclaw and apart from general collisions, he was only diagnosed with an injury of the interanklular left tibiscus. It would appear that Dan's physical fitness and well-functioning stadium security and personal protective equipment prevented him from serious injury. Dan hang in there!!!

Having just checked in to see if there were any updates, your post was the best thing I've read in months and months, thanks for taking the time to copy & paste it.  Having seen that horrific looking crash last night via the much appreciated hard work and kindness of @racers and royals :t:      I lay awake for a good while last night,  running that one over in my mind, could have ended oh so badly.    I'm sure Dan will be feeling very second-hand today but, going off that statement by his club, he's got off very lightly, here's hoping he's back in the saddle very soon, such a talent to watch when he's on song, good luck Dan..
