There are only 10 teams left in the league....

Sorry about that, I completely misread things based on the poor graphics, and the reference to Scunthorpe. That’s what you get for posting about one subject when your mind is also thinking about another subject, apologies to all.

So if we're going by the August Greensheets the Line-ups should be (Top 2 each team injury permitting)

Berwick - Harris and Etheridge

Birmingham - Sedgmen and Nielsen (Auty and Vissing unavailable i presume)

Edinburgh - Masters and Pickering

Glasgow - Cook and Basso

Leicester - Morris and Howarth

Oxford - Nicholls and Batchelor

Plymouth - Barker and Andersen

Poole - Worrall and King

Redcar - Wright and Kerr

Scunthorpe - Douglas and Allen

Quite a tough one to call. I’d go with Edinburgh to win. Sam and Josh both going well atm.
Minor places Poole and Glasgow .
Oxford dark horses.

Hans is fit now and so is Ben Barker if gets a decision in time.

I didn't realise you knew how fit hans was  but according to our promoter that istwo will be representing us. I think it's down  to the fact that Ben and Harry are the only 2 who not carrying an injury, and we have more important meetings coming up against Redcar, and Glasgow.

Group A:

LEICESTER: Nick Morris, Richie Worrall

EDINBURGH: Kye Thomson, Josh Pickering

GLASGOW: Danyon Hume, Benjamin Basso

SCUNTHORPE: Ryan Douglas, Simon Lambert

BIRMINGHAM: Justin Sedgmen, James Pearson

GROUP B:

POOLE: Steve Worrall, Danny King

PLYMOUTH: Ben Morley, Harry McGurk

BERWICK: Chris Harris, Jye Etheridge

OXFORD: Scott Nicholls, Aaron Summers

Group A looks a breeze for Leicester, The 2 scottish sides battling it out for 2nd would have thought.

Another British Championship event with a lack of the teams top riders. I understand some are injured or suspended & there is known reason for them but this event has been in the calender all season. How many more drop out prior to start time? Will the BSPL Chairman be at the gate offering refunds to the public for the below advertised standard of competitors?

As long as there are 20 riders competing, whats the issue?

Other than 1 suspended rider and those that are injured, and I bet they'd all prefer to be uninjured or not suspended  isn't the only one missing Hans Andersen due to a prior engagement. Maybe there should be a month of no racing so no riders cant get injured too near to the day
