Makes perfect sense with such a relatively short distance from Swindon for his fan club

Well now that he is confirmed his fan club members can start thinking about their trips to Sandy Lane. Perhaps they could arrange to travel together in one car & save on fuel costs.:)

I'm guessing had the RS system remained it could have worked but with rider averages it would complicate things. If you start with rider A & rider B both on 3.00 averages (for a start i don't know if both can be declared in a 1-7) anyway rider A ups average to 4.00, Rider B remains 3.00. That would mean B could cover for A but A couldn't cover for B (depending on who was in the declared 1-7).

It would also open up a whole can of worms with tracks signing specialists for example Plymouth may sign a riders for the home meetings who is great on small tracks and then want another for bigger away meetings, good exposure for both riders but creates a lack of cohesion in the team and potentially pushing the shortage of reserve riders even further.

Mind you, the RS system was no better, 3* riders like Flint / Kemp / Bowtell allowed to guest for 1* riders who score nothing like Crang / Freeman!

Oxford 2022?
Troy Batchelor 8.98
Scott Nicholls 8.95
Adam Ellis 7.47
Danny Gappmaier 5.94
Cameron Heeps 4.95
Ben Morley 3.67
Jake Mulford 2.00
Total 41.96

I would like to see Zane Keleher in the Championship in 2022 & Oxford could be perfectly suited for both, had a superb 5-1 with guest Scott Nicholls @ the coliseum in 2021 as shown on the Plymouth website.

Yet, Plymouth didn't want him back? The only track he is good at!
