Do you think Basso will be back, has signed up for Poland and obviously Denmark, will probably ride in the premier league, so I'm not so sure

He may not, but I’m sure everyone at Glasgow will try to convince him to come back. He’s one of the most exciting riders in the league and  that’s what they want in the team. If he can’t fit us in, so be it, but I’d be gutted if he turned up at another Championship team instead.

Another dejected season it looks like yet again for Glasgow & the score at Poole was simply appalling & it has to be the end now for the manager but I wouldn’t hold my breath.

They won’t move up as the race night would have to change & it’s too expensive also so the same old next year I suspect.

Only thing I'll question is you saying it's more expensive.

90% of the riders ride in both leagues so unless PL promoters are foolishly paying out more the costs can't be too different.

Travel expense wise I'd suggest would work out about the same over the season with Peterborough being the furthest away.

In football if the team manager does not get results he is sacked, does camie knickers get sacked or does his sponsorship money save hime ?

Yeah he has surely been photographed at every track by now so must be time for another pursuit

No you said he's not good enough to ride in the Premiership or abroad when he's literally doing that already.

It's not a question of your opinion, it's a fact.

Do keep up.

You’re missing my point. He’s not good enough to drop the championship and just ride the premiership and abroad.

Like when folk want riders replaced, isnt the question who do you want as his replacement?   Maybe better the devil you know......?

Agree with all that except Fredricksen, wouldn't touch him. Hook might be worth a punt if we thought he could progress though looks like he can't drop below a 4.00. Sarj could be in demand next year if the points limit is driven down. We could have done with Ulle's sharp gating last night just like he did down there in July.

Claus Vissing 5.00, Jake Allan 6.30, Dillon Ruml 5.47, Ricky Wells 5.20, only kidding :nono:.

Fredriksen in the top 5, has a better ave than Hook at reserve, if picking one of them has to be Lasse for me!

.....And he rides abroad in Poland.

Blobby is denying facts, to suit his own anti Glasgow agenda.

Maybe if you read what I’m saying instead of making this into a I hate Glasgow blah blah blah and realise I’m on about Brennan not being good enough yet to drop the championship.

The Championship gives a better variety of fixtures .

There is an obvious replacement in house - unless his commitments elsewhere are preventing him taking on the job.

The gentleman I am talking about know the rule book and tactic inside out. He'll he can even tell you the gate positions for every heat, column A or B.

Cut Michael Max and he'd bleed Glasgow Tigers.

The Premiership is a joke. Nothing against the teams, it’s just embarrassing there’s only six of them.

I'm surprised no one has mounted a legal challenge under the Trade Description Act lol

This has been done to death Poland are relaxing their rules next season.

Do any Poole fans know that outside of Poole there is a vast planet out there?

Depends how much he wants to ride I guess:

Poland

Sweden

Denmark

UK X2

5 leagues! Dropping a UK one seems the most likely, but maybe he won't do Sweden. Depends on how much he feels riding in the UK helps with riding different types of track.

Thats the most stupid comment I've read in ages.

Go and do some research.

Brennan rode Eastbourne all his career and until joining BV last season was crying out for big track experience and bike set up experience to ensure he continues to progress.

His move to Glasgow merely aided that development.

He's probably the best technical small track rider in Britain, certainly he needs more European track experience but small tracks you're having a laugh.

What's his excuse for last.night then? I'm fully aware of his time at Eastbourne which was a very different experience at the level they were at! He should at least go through the card at Plymouth on 11th then.

It's funny how we always hear about how the opposition will get a good hammering when all 7 riders click together at the one time but never hear about what happens when all 7 have an off night together?

Thank goodness some of The Pirates didn't click last night.

Er do you fancy giving The Tigers their pre-meeting pep talk on Saturday.

You seem to have spurred on Craig and Tom tonight  lol
