Jaizer
Well was going to wait but since no idea if this season ever going to end thought get folks opinions on next season. Personally I think minimal changes. Cookie, Tom, broc and Connor are no brainers. Sam could possibly do with a season at a Newcastle, Plymouth type track help improve himself on technical tracks. Ricky I don't know, could he be an 8 pointer again, do we take the risk? I'd definitely go for a proper second heat leader. Maybe Ellis if is available all meetings. Heeps for Sam and would probably need 1* RS if current rules stick do maybe hagon, bebbee or hagon from mildenhall? No idea the averages but just opening the discuss

Any of Redcar top 4 I'd take as well

Well you see, German ex monarchs give me nightmares so not sure I could take that lol. On his best form yes I'd agree with you. Barker is in theory in a bargain average but how many years have we been saying that?

I said he’d be a typical (not good) Glasgow signing. Ex Monarch on the way down a la Sedgmen and Wells.
GS550
A couple on here saying to either drop Sam Jensen or loan him out to another track next year. I say a definite no to that as I reckon he will become more consistent next year and will be on a rising average - the very type of rider any team needs to be successful. He's already shown that he is an out and out racer and can overtake almost anybody. Seems to me that his form dipped later in the season when, due to wetter weather, tracks were prepared that bit slicker and overtaking at a premium, needed a different set up for the bike and riding to suit. He's shown he definitely has the talent, can often overtake good riders easily, and he was even gating well before all the wet weather, all he needs is a bit more consistency, especially when it gets really slick and of course some will point out that he's Danish so should suit him but he was definitely was on form before it got all wet and slick, and even going into the main body of the team he performed more like a heat leader and very reliable. I reckon it would be madness to let him go to another club next year who would benefit from his rising average.

Riss isn't reliable in 13 or 15 when the heat is on. Can't see improvement in him from what we've already seen.

Sam Jensen - why would you drop a rider on a rising average? Ok so later this season his form dipped, but his overall trajectory from last season is definitely on the way up, he's shown he's an out and out racer, can overtake good riders with ease, and even when he went into the main body of the team performed more like a heat leader and very reliable, he was even gating better, it was later in the season when it became wetter and track prepared slicker and needed a different bike set up and riding to suit that his overtaking heroics subsided and his form seemed to dip, therefore lowering his average which in team building terms for next season aint such a bad thing as it turns out. All he needs is better consistency which he will gain as he becomes more experienced. Definitely an out and out racer that can overtake even good riders with ease with his overtaking heroics, performing more like a heat leader at times, on the way up on a rising average. It would be complete madness to let another club snap him up. First on the teamsheet for 2022 as far as I'm concerned.

What I'm saying is that a season riding a more technical track would bring him back a far more complete and consistent rider ready to be an out and out heat leader. I'm not saying bin the guy, far from it, its for the long term benefit of the club and the rider
