Tbf they didn't say 'all', they said 'a lot'. Which is amusing as doubt they even know 'a lot' of Poole fans. Even if you count all the Poole fans on here and on social media, it probably equates to 5% of all Poole fans, so their statement is pretty laughable imo.

quite right lisa 95%of poole fans have never heard of shovler, skidder ,arthur, poole keith etc etc were just a group of people with plenty of time to spare to mess about on the old interweb ! ive met and spoke to many visiting fans (mainly cause im always there very early and visiting fans tend to arrive early)ive always enjoyed a chat and havent met a single away fan with a derogatory viewof the poole fans.

When we were down for the final, we were well recieved by the Poole fans, I do think that some were shocked when we congratulated them on the pirates win, we had a fab time despite being defeated

Spot on..

Always enjoyed my trips to Poole..

People seen to forget that others can only wind you up if you allow yourself to be wound up in the first place...

And I must admit, if you keep getting bites then often the most fun thing to do is to keep fishing..... :D

At 19-years-old it's hardly a "make or break season for him". Look at John Louis, Craig Cook and a whole host of others who entered the sport late. At least wait until he's 23 or so before writing him off as a lower or middle order rider.

Riding as the main reserve for Wolves & Poole next season.

I see next season as the telling point personally.

That's cos in the Prem away fans would say we were cheating, that's why we won! So that's what we are used to.

I think if Kemp has eyes on the top of the sport this is a big season for him - I don’t think it’s unfair to suggest that. He’s quite a bit behind Brennan for example.

I think he's fallen behind a few tbh.

Leon Flint, Jordan Palin & Anders Rowe are better than him as well imo.

I think that is the problem and why questions are being asked and it is a make or break season. Back when they were all progressing in a highly competitive NL he was probably ahead of all of those, certainly Tom at the time and looked to be the one to go all the way. One thing Brennen had from go was he certainly was a tough lad even as a 14/15 year old overcoming a few bad injuries. Don't  know if Kemp has that toughness, hope he proves he has to mix it.

Perhaps then Poole can help to bring him on and not discard him if he doesn’t meet their expectations!

His home performances were in most cases good and strangely his poorest was against Poole (0 from 3 rides) for Edinburgh.

I think that’s a fair point. He gives the impression of being quite relaxed and not taking it too seriously.

Haps Kemp couldn't get to grips with the Foxhall track coz he was better away from home then at home, but from watching him last yr at Ipswich he was fine if he made the gate but didn't make much impression if he didn't and also seemed to back off far to many times if things got close with other riders, hopefully change of track will help but not sure he has the nerve when the racing gets tight.

I take it that was in the league meeting as in the KOC final he did better. Think he won a couple of races.

If you read the club statement it says Poole were prepared to run on off nights when there were crashes with Danish fixtures. I mean they have the choice of 4 other days if required. Anyway moving on..........first signing announcement this week - hopefully!

His decision makes perfect sense though, doesn't it..

Stop bleating..

Main reseve for Wolves?  I think not.

Leon Flint is 3.63, Drew Kemp 3.36.

Flint's been named as the rising star for Wolves in the press release.

Kemp hasn't been brought in as a rising star thus meaning he's the main reserve filling the same role as R. Worrall, S. Nielsen, Basso and Starke in 2022.
