They might double our rent as many owners of tracks in the south have done. Current owners have been supportive and have given security in recent years. Expand Doubt anybody wanting to buy Armadale and continue it to be a speedway venue would be stupid enough to double the rent.They would have a redundant stadium on their hands .IMO.
