Wonder who the reserve is we had?

Seems good. Could he not have had one of Masons rides also?

Useful rider big speed but was out for himself. Took Blair out early on turning an easy 3-3 into a Kent 4-2. Tangled with Crang in heat 15 also. No doubt quick though. Not sure how long he can keep guesting without getting an average though?

How old is he? I heard 15/16. Most haven’t  learned their track craft at that age.
Someone will sign him up soon enough.

15 i believe.  Skill set is good and perhaps the more experienced riders should have just given him more room? Big future ahead though and will be a big signing next year for someone.

15. Started the season with Oxford when Killeen waited for his passport.  Broke his wrist in a practice crash at King's Lynn so replaced in their line-up. Likely to be redeclared by Oxford with Killeen injured i would have thought.

Not sure he can be blamed for either crash .... not least because he was behind Luke and in front of Greg.

Can a rider be re-decalred into a team if they have been taken out once already? Hopefully can be as regular team racing will only enhance him further (and im sure will be available for Oxfords visit to Kent in a couple of weeks). Certainly no blame for heat 15 but he and Greg were scrapping and really it was a safe 3-3 so could/should have tucked in one behind the other.

Not sure but it would be rough if someone who was only replaced through injury cannot then replace someone who's injured when they are fit again. if that rule doesn't exist it really needs to be written and implemented immediately.

Rules don't make any sense.

Berwick who are bottom of the league couldn't swap a rider (4.3 ish) for someone else (5) without making a double change whereas Redcar and Scunthorpe etc who are higher in the table can replace riders with someone else with a higher average.

The Berwick team average at the start of the season would be 38.25 swapping out the replaced riders. Think that would make it 3.75 points below the limit.

The rules are long standing and make perfect sense.

If a team (Berwick) is over the 42.00 limit and attempts to sign a 5.00 rider to replace a 4.3ish one, that's technically deemed as cheating. In such instances, it's only fair that another change has to take place in order to comply with the limit.

If a team (Redcar, Scunny) is below 42.00, they can rebuild up to that level, no questions asked.

League position is irrelevant.

The joy of numbers ;)

Berwick’s big home wins at the start of the season has come back to bite them with the rolling averages. iMO.The rules are the same as always.Plus they usually manage a roundabout the 40 pts away from home.

One of the problems with the reduction in no. of matches on which GSAs are based.

All things being equal a team whose GSAs are based on 7 home and 3 away is likely to have a higher combined total than one with 3 home and 7 away.

Over 20 matches that was far less of an issue.

Theres a lot of dodgy rules about. Personally i think that unattached riders should be issued an average just as attached riders are once the number of meetings are achieved.

Don't really know how Jody was signed in and out of the Chargers (28 day replacement or full signing) either way at NDL level theres too many rules and regs to jump through.
