Bangs as said hes not doing UK for another 2 years at least, by that time he might even have outgrown UK, so don't think we will be seeing him on these shores

Why would anyone team sign Hellström Bangs? He had a moment or two at the SoN.  Berge had more moments, would start on a lower average & has visited the other tracks before!

Why would he start on a lower average? Min 4 for both

Why not today, it’s inevitable IMO and yours by the sound of it, so why delay.

We still have enough riders British and foreign to go around and a next generation coming through, blooding them gradually is what will keep them in the sport

Berge would be on his previous British average wherever obtained converted or otherwise. PHB would be new "International" rider, 7:50... I'd have thought.

Surely Batchelor will be considered by most teams?

Just over a 5 point average...

The NSS could be perfect for him as a home track to get back to somewhere like he was..

If we do go top heavy and get Bewley and fricke, which I now suspect we will then batchelor is a must as he can be that low average thst you will need to hopefully put a few points on there average.

And ignoring this year where Sheffield. Makes or breaks you, he usually goes good at NSS.

One thing belle vue need is riders who can ride NSS, that's where we seem to always loose it.

I'd much rather win all home and loose all away than win a few at home and more away.

Winning at home is what keeps the crowd and also a big home wins always puts you in good shape in a 2 legged semi/final

Shows how bad things have got when fans are wanting Bachelor in their team, been stealing a living for a while now, proper slapped ar5e when things aren't going his way, nah, not for me thanks.

You have to look at riders that looks like they will improve there average and he stands out at doing that.

Batchelor is a lot better than that average.

And 'if' he has Bewley and Fricke in the same team with him the pressure will be off to a certain degree..

As well as providing him with a spur to measure improvement for himself...

No way should a rider of Batchelor's capability be running such a low average, therefore he has to be worth a punt I would say...

Think Batch will be on most if not all teams list.  He aint all that and is a whinging so and so,,, but he could and should improve his average. Okay at some tracks it might not be a lot,,, but it certainly won't go down.  And in the strange world of speedway,, have an awful season, and be the most wanted the season after.

I seriously doubt he will be on Peterborough’s list.

Have you forgotten the season he had with Swindon before the Covid crisis?  I's have him at BV, track suits him

Just been having a look at options for next season,

Obviously we don't know the rules etc yet, but id hazard a guess we will stick with 1 rising star in top division and using 2 rising stars in championship.

With the same points limit of 35.5 for 6 riders.

If they do stick with this then there is no way we can go with both max and Dan, I'm struggling to build a team with them 2, I'm thinking it might have to be 1 or the other unless the points limit rises

With

Bewley 8 68 (with British reduction)

Fricke 8.81

Brennan (rising star so no average)

Leaves 18.01 for 4 riders

Here's ya options

Kurtz - 7.27

stevie 5.78

Wright 5.76

Richie 5 23

Jye 5 22

Morris 7.12

Allen 4.80

Pickering 7.06

Douglas 6.98

Cook 6.98

Kerr 5.44

Batch 5.57

Barker 5 13

Riss 5.26

Crump 5.36

Kacper Anderson 4.36

Unless they bring 2 rising stars in i cannot see how they can keep a 35 5 team average. The league has 14 x 7+ average riders plus talk of Doyle,Fricke.Iversen and Thorsell etc wanting to come back that makes 18 x 7+ averages. Then there are 8 x 6 + averaged riders. So if you split them 2 x 7 + riders and 1 x 6 + rider per team that is at least 21/22 points per team leaving aprox 13.5 left for 4 riders with a good amount of 5 + averaged riders and not a big number below 5 .So to me unless they put a good few riders out of a Premiership spot to me the maths don't work.If they have 2 rising stars for eg belle vue could fit in Bewley Fricke both woralls and Wright under 35 points with British reduction. Also this leaves more  riders to spread around any team/teams moving up.

We could cover going top heavy with 1 signing really in troy bachelor on a 5.5 average.

Sheffield can make or break you as a rider and sadly is broke him.

But

If at belle vue I reckon he could put 2 points on that average easy. If not more.

Bewley

Lidsey

Batch

Richie

Fricke

Brennan

Blodurn

Unfortunately no Dan Bewley at Belle Due next year.
