Will the signing be the new number 1 to replace the departed Richard Lawson?

If Birmingham are saved & a even bigger IF Kent are saved are there enough riders to fill the remaining team places. Surely only when all teams have committed to run & you know what riders are available can you then set a points limit, sorry but that's just common sense & we are dealing with the BSP ltd.!

Don't really agree with that. Can't run the sport on maybes and what ifs. Have to give those definitely running their guidelines what running to. Not kick the can down the road another few weeks leaving everyone in limbo

Teams have been given until Dec 7th? to declare their commitment for the 2022 season, so if one or both the 2 teams are go where do they find their riders?

There was enough riders last Season, we've lost Eastbourne and Kent gained Oxford so it should ok

Although Schlein and Pedersen have both retired, so that is two heat leaders down already on last year..

And that is where the need is the greatest for those teams who start late in their team building..

Newcastle last year being an obvious example..

Possibly, but looking at the news tonight it seems relaxing rules around Europe isnt on the agenda for too many as more lockdowns take place..

I would think it is still a big risk committing to anyone from mainland Europe...

Unfortunately you may well be right Mike ,but Plymouth weren't accepted until February last year and were given 2weeks to get a team together so I'm not that sympathetic to any late starters tbh.
