Lurcher
Well done to the Peterborough and Belle Vue. A really good final and 2 great matches. Feels really good to say ‘Panthers’ 2021 champions
BartoszZmarzlikFan
Everyone from the Management to the team and to the guests we've had along the way deserve a massive pat on the back. Thank you everyone. We've had some banter on the forum this year and I hope members will realise I'm only joking half of the time rather than taking it serious. Roll on 2022. A fantastic sport, sadly undermined and undersold by the very ones who underpin it with cash... If only there were more ready to underpin it with cash! What tonight showed was that close meetings with racing that's not first from the gate will attract the fans. I can honestly say t of hat the meetings I have attended this season very few, if any, were like this. Speedway has the home advantage problem - if only more were like Belle Vue and to some extent the Showground. I hope Lynn and Ipswich do better next season as well. There needs to be persistent competition throughout the season I fear that we're going to have a riser shortage next season and that may create further problems - we've seen clubs struggle with rider demands this season. I do hope the powers that control the sport take a rational view. This final has shown us what a great sport speedway can be.

Could Ace's not use a guest? Not sure on rules any more. Gutted for Belle Vue fans & Bewley, hope it's not his last league meeting in the UK but suspect that is likely unless the Polish authorities change their rules. Brennan did Ok, the Ace's engine room misfired. Happy for Panthers fans. Didn't think track was great, didn't produce much racing wise until late. There was not enough on the outside for a consistent passing line and the inside line was strong throughout. However, the best riders made something of the track. Tatum thought at the beginning that the outside was going to develop later in the meeting so the track had been prepared for racing.
Popular Post stevehone
it's a shame there are so many supporters that only turn up for playoffs when they're needed all season
wealdstone
Justice was done . Despite moans elsewhere thought there was some good racing. Overall Panthers deserved this victory

The only value comes at playoff time & then it's still only certain tracks that offer it at that point, in terms of producing quality racing. Peterborough & Belle Vue are the top draw tracks in the uk, cannot be doubted. I couldn't justify paying to watch this sport week in week out on titchy tracks, ftg tracks etc.

Winning races breeds confidence, he is getting that here, would he at the gating hellhole of Hallstavik?
Bagpuss
Well done Panthers, commiserations Belle Vue. Went along tonight and really enjoyed it, makes such a difference when a stadium is full of people. Some of the racing was fantastic after a slowish start.
