Sheffield vs Belle Vue 30/09/21 POSF 1st leg

Recommended Posts

His average should be 2.56 I believe....

Based on multiplying his Div One average by his Div Two average, and then adding in his non existent RS average....

You then divide this total by the hypotenuse of a Dairylea Triangle (Reduced Fat)....

Or, if the equation is worked out on a day that isnt a fixed race day for his Div One team, then a supermarket own label cheese triangle can be used....

Or a piece from a 600g bar of Toblerone if one is to hand. ..

(Not a white Toblerone though, only a dark chocolate one).....

In a world of  four riders doing four laps we get bogged down in averages, rising stars , doubling up, down, guests , r/r etc.

And then some seem surprised when many don't take it seriously, and find other things to do...

Goes down to 5.19 which converts to 3.46

His Championship average is 5.32, divided by 1.5 makes it 3.55.

Which begs the obvious question if you are both correct how is he replacing Stefan Nielsen who is on a 3.00 average ?

You not interested in fair play or transparency then? I'd suggest many of the thousands of folk who no longer go to speedway were.

Why can't teams just try and win things fairly. What is meant to be the great end to the season with the play offs has been totally spoilt. It started with the under handed semi final pick before the league positions were decided. Then this decision to allow Mountain to ride when his average is too high. It's certainly spoiling what should be the pinnacle of the racing season.

If it’s against the rules, do you not think that Belle Vue, Peterborough or Wolves would perhaps have taken issue with it? Maybe?

Clubs diddnt even have a say in who they pick in the play offs. So doubt they could say anything about this.

Unfortunately I think the weather will win this one.

With not long to travel for us aces fans at least they can make any decision a late one.

Rain will stop around lunch time. But think the damage may already have been done.

With a broadcaster involved that is most unlikely
