If he appeals can he ride pending appeal.

I'd guess no as it's not specifically a decision as hearing not been held or sanction given? Think cookie and Claus vissing rode under appeal after the Eastbourne fracas for us but could do because a sanction had been handed out?

I've probably actually confused myself more than anyone else now ha

Apparently he can’t ride under appeal until the SCB court hearing. Whether there are kangaroos at that court remains to be seen

It does seem bizarre that a rider can be told minutes before it is posted on the website that he has been banned without even having been spoken to, never mind being asked to put forward their side of events. I have absolutely no idea what it is all about btw but in general  sports tend to at least give a right of representation. Unilaterally ‘sentencing’ a rider without their knowledge or input just doesn’t sit right with me

I think the sooner the speedway season is over, the better. This extra round of playoffs has been unnecessary and is only serving to drag things out, weather fast deteriorating, rider availability problems, and the fuel crisis is bound to have an impact as it carries on for a few more weeks at least.

It's time for a decision to be made, which is to reduce it down to a Poole v Glasgow final, and the KOCup final if possible. Otherwise the risk of it all going into chaos is too high

What makes it more galling is that it’s the same scenario every season.
