Seeing Scott Nicholls on the GP last night did he have a concussion that has kept him out of riding,  didnt see any other evidence of an injury

Yes concussion - mandatory rest so ruled out until at least next Tuesday

Surprised he's allowed to fly in that case?

I've had a head injury previously & was basically told to do nothing! I guess Nicholls is "better" and just waiting to be allowed to race again?

Think he said he feels fine within himself on a social media post the other day, just a waiting game too get back racing

Depends how much the club wants to fight for its future? If the draft Local Plan was accepted as final without change then the developers have to deal with:

Existing Culture, Leisure, Tourism and Community Facilities

The loss, via redevelopment, of an existing culture, leisure, tourism or community facility will only
be permitted if it is demonstrated that:

k. The facility is demonstrably no longer fit for purpose and the site is not viable to be - it's still fit for purpose -
redeveloped for a new community facility;

l. The service provided by the facility is met by alternative provision that exists within reasonable proximity: what is deemed as reasonable proximity will depend on the nature of the facility and its associated catchment area; - does Norfolk Arena/Mildenhall or Leicester fit that criteria for Peterborough?

m. The proposal includes the provision of a new facility of a similar nature and of a similar or greater size in a suitable on or off-site location - there is no provision/proposal unless section l above covers that? So how can Asset Earnings Power Group (AEPG) put out such statement without greater detail?

It's a complicated plan with loads of subsections so I guess PCC can make it mean whatever they or the developers wish?

Tell that to the fans of Torquay(TUFC), Coventry, Swindon, Lakeside. etc

Did they all have the same provision detailed in black and white in their respective council's plan?

It's like saying that the dog track is no go due to noise & other issues? In the unlikely situation that a deal could be done with the owners, PCC could easily work around any environmental/local issues if they put their weight behind the project.

Yes, the seven day ban is not because you're suffering in particular, just that you hit your head.
