Agree and I can understand some not willing to take the risk as you never know what Cam is going to turn up. He returned after the winter a few times in a horrible state, totally unprofessional. Thankfully, whether the penny dropped or someone told him in no uncertain terms to sort himself out, the last couple of years he’s come back in great shape so hopefully that will remain the case.
Racin Jason 72
Maybe if we do sign Doyle it will enlighten him on what hard work and dedication can do to take him to a better level.

Stick him at 2 and pair him with Doyle. Might help pull him along.
Falcon1983
So reading these comments King is a shoe in, alot seem to like Doyle and now ending towards including Heeps So what do people think to the rest of the proposed team that flaps has put up Riss? Stark? Rowe and Kemp wasn't it?

He is a witches asset after all and I’m sure Danny will give him a recommendation after being teammates at poole last year

25yearfan
I think Heeps has reached his ceiling in speedway but could still be a 5-6 point rider for Ipswich next season if hes fully focussed which has been the issue all along with him. Baldyman
What ipswich need in their team for nest season is a decent third heat leader,,, I'm pretty sure the other teams will be going that way,,, but we will need it even more if we are blowing a big chunk on Doyle

Doyle and King as the top 2 would take some pressure off Cook and a Cook/Riss partnership in the engine room at 3 and 4 would be a good one Doyle Heeps Cook Riss King Starke Kemp Still like the look of that team and it fits
Falcon1983
I'd like to see this as the start of the building but to find someone to ride at 2 and 4, someone has said Musielak is riding for a team a couple hundred miles further north 1. Jason Doyle 2. 3. Tobias Musielak 4. 5. Danny King 6. Benjamin Basso

Team A 1. Doyle 2. Covatti 3. Nicholls 4. Musielak 5. King 6. Basso 7. Kemp Team B 1. Doyle 2. Heeps 3. Musielak 4. Covatti 5. King 6. Basso 7. If you look on the BSPA website at the strength of the teams involved, they were far stronger than they are now as well so that negates the fact that some of that season was spent at reserve. He won’t be “doing well” to keep a 5.1 average so I’ll respectfully disagree. I still firmly believe that IF he is back, he’ll put a point minimum on his starting average with the caveat that his head isn’t in the clouds.. Heeps averaged 4.50 in 2021 matches only! So if he can reach a 5.10 ave, that's an improvement of 0.6, I'd say that's "doing well"

Baldyman
Omg,,,it just keeps getting worse for me,, now people want Covatti,,,, another rider that hasn't got any improvement in him,,,,,and is as useless as a chocolate tea pot if the track has nothing in it for him Edited November 15, 2021 by Baldyman
