Playoff dates

With with play off dates reported as :

27 September semi final 1 leg 1
30 September semi final 2 leg 1
4 October semi final 1 leg 2
7 October semi final 2 leg 2
11 October play off final leg 1
14 October play off final leg 2

Wolves can’t ride home on Thursday and Sheffield can’t ride home on Monday?
That means Wolves have to be in Semi 1 and Sheffield have to be in semi 2?
If they make the final Wolves will have to ride at home first on Monday, Sheffield would have to ride home 2nd on Thursday?

Personally speaking, at this moment in time, I would choose Sheffield anyway.

If Wolves picked Sheffield they would have to switch the semi’s leg 2 round so one leg is on Monday and other leg is on Thursday

In the play offs finals that we have been in so far we have always raced the first leg at home. This is mainly because we've not had the choice. However, apparently Adams & CVS like to build a lead and then defend it. So we've never seen the title won at Monmore.

Doubt they will get the choice tbh.

If Wolves pick Sheffield it is solely on the reason of hoping BV knock out Peterborough imo.

I'm fairly sure if Wolves have a pick, they'll go for Aces.

If I was wolves I'd pick Sheffield.

Wolves would be clear favourites to beat both the Aces and Sheffield in the semi, the team Wolves will fear is boro as its their worst away track.

The team with the best chance of beating boro in semi is Belle Vue (already beat them twice on aggregate) which would suit wolves perfectly.

Wolves will get turned over next week, they won't get the first pick.

Bearing in mind they have won all four matches I would have thought Wolves will pick Belle Vue given the choice, it’s the nearest track to them and Belle Vue have a fairly healthy travelling fan base which means if they make the final two very healthy attendances to finish the season.

I'd agree that attendances could be at the forefront of any decision.

Living a few miles out of Wolverhampton and having travelled to EoESg, Owlerton & NSS a few times this year, the commute to Owlerton is preferable to the others!

I also expect whoever tops the league to pick Sheffield, should be a guaranteed final spot.  Wolves would be hoping the Aces knock out the Panthers and Panthers will fear the Aces the most.

Van Straten always will have an eye on the bottom line so this wouldn't surprise me if he's confident Wolves can beat BV it offers the option of the best crowd.

If Wolves get to the final that sells itself
