I think we saw enough from Kemp and to a lesser extent Rowe to suggest they’ll be an improvement on what we have had. The man on the mike at workington John walsh good respected journo once said " referees dont cheat but they do get things wrong" i prefer to think thats what went on last night! He had four heavy falls last week that left him sore and black + blue and fell again in his first ride at Edinburgh . He hasn't cheated but honestly an experienced ref like McGregor shouldn't be making a mistake in a last heat decider like that.
