That works fine, both lower averages than the rider being replaced.

However I think they will just look to find a permanent replacement for Ulrich. At this moment Kerr's the better rider but we are not the only team missing an injured rider. Brennan has been given guest bookings, so he must to be the front runner .

Declarations need to be made by 28th to be effective by 31st August. Like for like change is fine, more than one change needs to rebuild to the 38 point limit.

The deadline applies as usual, the only exception to the deadline is if an injured rider returns and his temporary replacement returns.

Not if the two riders (or more) replace equal or higher averages riders individually (not combined)

So Peterborough need to replace Ulrich before the deadline date or they have to use R/R or a guest thoughout the playoffs

With Cook on 9.47 & Ully on 7.96 giving 17.43 but bein over the 38 point limit by 3.27 a7 41.27 leaves you 14.16 for 2 changes.
