Jaizer
Just now, Fromafar said: Zaine Kennedy was there with Sheffield.Scored 9pts. Was he? Thought he was new this season. Missed most of 2019 with work commitments right enough only got to 2 meetings. In that case we are totally screwed then

It’s a difficult one these days because the riders don’t even fancy a wet track never mind rain, and the fans know this and give it a miss if they are not local which effects attendances.
Jaizer
The track drainage probably as good as any track in the country problem is doesn't look like there's a stop in the rain from about 5pm to get the meeting run

In other words we’re feared of lions giving us a skelping so we’ll call it early.

So sympathise with the promotion. Nice to hear from our Edinburgh friends and their comments. Hope Edinburgh doesn't get rained off at heat 9, that would be a shame.

I sympathise fully with the promotion. However I've just broken the news to my other half and his mate who are just about to cross the border from England to the dark side. Funnily enough he didn't sound as sympathetic to me. I treated them to a hotel room too! (Non--refundable now)

(Non--refundable now) Given the carry-on at Kings Lynn last night, you can’t blame Promotions for early call offs.Given if the said rain had came and stopped before meeting started and the track needed some attention the riders these days don’t want do know, just want to pack up and go home, knowing the match will be re-run.Perhaps if match points we just awarded in this situation the riders might think differently if no income was going to be earned. lbw
Sorry to hear about the call off. Happened to me the other week at Edinburgh during Pirates Northern Tour. Get over to Redcar if you can any travelling fans. Gonna be a cracker vs Pirates. I'm about 20 minutes away from Middlesbrough on the train.
