Belle Vue v Peterborough 9th August

Recommended Posts

Weather forecast is now quite good for this fixture with Panthers looking to possibly get more than just a draw last time.

Both teams have missing riders with the Aces drafting in Ricky Wells for Jye Etheridge and Panthers using RR for Ulrich Ostergaard, it will be interesting to see who copes better.

I think it could be close again.

Teams
BELLE VUE: Dan Bewley, Richie Worrall, Steve Worrall, Charles Wright, Brady Kurtz, Tom Brennan, Ricky Wells.

PETERBOROUGH: Ulrich Ostergaard R/R, Bjarne Pedersen, Michael Palm Toft, Scott Nicholls, Chris Harris, Jordan Palin, Hans Andersen.

Is there anyone going to this meeting who would be able to text updates to the Updates site? If so, could you please send me a private message which includes your mobile phone number.

Thanks

Best Peterborough can hope for is probably a point,  dont see this meeting going the same way as the A fixture , cant see Hans getting the required big reserve score that has been the catalist for Panthers recent away results and Nicholls form has dipped in both leagues since his reported shoulder problems .

But then again you never know with this Panthers team this season

We should be picking up 4 points here tbh.

Jordan Palin loves the NSS and he should take points off both BV's reserves while Hans takes big points off the Worrall's, Wright and the reserves.

Panthers 49-41 imo

Palm Toft has had some really good performances at the NSS in the past & Hans has stated a few times in the past that it is one of the tracks he enjoys most. Nicholls has never been that great here, even when he rode for The Aces. Harris has had mixed results. Not sure whether Wells will do too well & Palin is capable of beating both reserves although Brennan also has plenty of potential. Both Worralls and Kurtz were much better last week, Wright is the only other concern based on that performance.

Be interesting to see how the track is prepared as the grip has been mostly on the inside recently.

Must have purchased oyster cards engines from previous seasons there about on par on reliability terms

Well in Palin there. Would go again for Nicholls in 14.

Harris be back at reserve soon anyway.... hopefully can find something by then
