Pirates clutching defeat from the jaws of victory again!!

Not sure why Hume was not used in heat 12, but hey ho well done to the Bandits for sticking at it.

At least a decent away win at Newcastle this afternoon will see Pirates go 2nd in the table - still with meetings in hand.

Very impressed with Tom Brennan laat night, not just his on track performance, but his interview after the meeting, spoke very well about the way he had been welcomed and treated by the club.

Got to feel for Spud this morning, waking up to a blown engine and sore after the crash.

Great to see the team able to mix with the crowd again after the meeting. Interacting with the younger fans will create great memories for them.

If Hume was in heat 12 & beat Bickley, Poole wouldn't have been 6 down after 13 + King wouldn't have been in heat 14!
