According to Met Office now, the expected rain will be arriving now and stay with us for another hour. It will then clear up with just a sprinkle at about 2.00pm, with no more rain forecast after that. A nice 18 degrees should be warm enough to dry it up somewhat.  So according to the Weather Channel and Weather Live sites they also agree with the Met Office forecasts. So it looks very positive that we will have a meeting with a damp track, just like it should be.

Hi Tsunami, thanks for the weather updates. I will be there at Brough Park this afternoon.:t:

Just announced over the tannoy that today's crowd is over 1,000 and a rescue package has been put together allowing Newcastle to see out the remainder of 2021! Well done to everyone involved and fingers crossed there are brighter days ahead for

Great News...

Maybe another DH against more closer opponents can also be arranged?

Especially if the opponents are going for the play offs..

Could maybe charge a bit more? Say £25..?

Saved us from a more embarrassing defeat poor from Plymouth except pedersen and bowtell cook and ruml nowhere good enough home or away.

I personally thought Cook did ok,  he's riding as third heatleader because of the way the team was built and shouldn't really be there. For his first time seeing the track he was always in the thick of the action.

Shame to see Crump getting well beaten off riders he shouldn't, but personally I think he's been away from the sport for too long.

Maybe I’m being a bit harsh on cook but seeing him at home every week that’s why I’m saying it .As for Jason I’m starting to think sometimes it’s best to remember a rider the way he once was as I would hate to see him get seriously hurt it’s not worth it it’s with a very heavy heart I say that but I still think pedersen could carry on .
