Bickley made full use of the greasy conditions getting momentum going on the outside line. Segdmen’s style doesn’t seem to suit the available racing lines at Ashfield and he rarely ventures from the inside or mid track and seems to lose speed exiting bends. Points lost for us though from Kyle not realising the outside was the place to be until heat 14… but fair play in his paid win as it kept us in with a miniscule hope! Much much better from Spud, NBJ and Dany away… more fight shown.. If we are to progress then we need to get stuck in ASAP … we know Sedgmen ain’t a fan of our place.. Bailey can’t gate well which ain’t good news for him at Berwick… we need the same level from Dany, Spud and NBJ and a dramatic improvement from Jye!
