Ernie you are wrong. Rolling averages are calculated upto and including the 23rd of each month. Coming into effect on the 1st. That's not Redcars choice, it's written in the documents. So until then he could replace anyone on his 2.00 average the same as James did on his 4.00 average despite currently averaging higher than that.
