Its the close of the previous season (2020 being declared null and void) so 2019 is where the rules point to and whilst Halder was unlucky again at the start of that year he was not in the 1-7 at the end of the year and therefore Leicester were not entitled to a covering facility
Barrow Boy 2
Leicester have still to ride against Belle Vue. This match is not in either team's fixture lists. What is the problem. Is it going to be raced?

Of course if play-off semis/final get rained off the Cubs may then get bumped. It is a sad fact that NL fixtures are regarded as disposable by tracks running in both leagues. Look at the mess Kent are in. Standby for a soggy Sunday double header on 31 Oct: Cubs v Colts followed by Royals v Dale Devils

My bet is Scunthorpe, as the neutral venue.

Leicester v Belle Vue was in the fixtures for 11 Septemeber. A week or so before the fixture Leicester decided they needed to fit in Leicester v Edinburgh Championship match that had been postponed in August. For a while rumours said it was a double header with the BV fixture after. But that didn't happen and the NL match was bumped. Apparently BV have been asking for a new date since then.
