This competition has been quietly going on for a few weeks now albeit with a few fixture changes along the way.

round 7 was in Gorzow yesterday and because of rain the match was not finished and scores were taken after 14 races.. The 8 extraleague teams are taking part, and as it`s run on a pairs basis, one team misses a round.

So how do they work all these points out? Is it an average of what they score throughout the season?

And how do they decide which team misses which round? Do they just kinda draw that out of a hat?

I take it the squads for each team is just any u-21 rider each team owns... Wonder who Kamil Nowacki is allowed to ride for then, Gorzow or Rybnik?

Do they do something similar for the teams in 1.Liga? Torun, Daugavpils etc...

Sorry for all the questions :D Asking the experts here...

1/ The points are awarded in each round 1st 6 2nd 5 3rd 4 4th 3 5th 2 6th 1- half points come from ties.

2/ yes drawn

3 You can see above,  that Nowacki rode for Gorzow.

4 No - however the senior Junior comp the DMPJ does include E winner league teams.( 4 groups of 4)

Thanks for the info... I understand Nowacki rode for Gorzow but is he entitled to ride for Rybnik too? Maybe that was a bad example... Can Alan Szczotka (Who is a Gorzow ride loaned to Gdansk) can he ride for Gorzow?

The senior junior comp... Oh they have so many confusing tournaments :D

Not 100% sure but if a junior is owned by A and loaned to B - he couldn`t ride for both so team A and B would decide( along with the rider) who he rides for. It needs to be pointed out that in previous years the Junior league hasn`t been run and the DMPJ has run throughout the season with far more matches than happened in 2020.( 77 matches in 2019- 17 in 2020)

It certainly helps to bring on the Polish juniors having all these meetings for them to ride in in addition to league outings.

Yes Poland certainly know how to develop some talent... Seems to be a hell of a lot of names to watch out for in the future, and that's not including the obvious Ekstraliga stars, thanks for your help :t:
