Irrelevant question asking me.Try asking BSPA, certainly not telling the fans what they have been doing regarding matters. It may also be irrelevant asking them
cityrebel
For the promoters, it is a jump into the unknown. How can they offer riders contracts without knowing the crowd levels post covid. Things will never be the same, for anyone connected with the sport. I fear it will be survival of the fittest.
Gunner85
If we have lost quite a lot of riders as well as issues with visas, then the BSP should use this as a new start. Similar to the 1965 British league after The NL and PL came together. Â

Exactly right but won't happen as a couple of clubs are holding the rest to ransom having paid out for engines and signing on fees to there riders last year

The BSPZzzzz working up to the highest common denominator??? Now that would be a revolutionary step to take...

Fair play to those clubs that can afford to honour those deals. Attendances could be halved by the time speedway gets going again. This country is going to be in the grip of a major recession. RS50
I suspect that the main reason the AGM delayed is the withdrawal of Swindon for 2021. Are six teams enough for a Premiership?

Midland Red
Why even consider a Premiership.  If there’s any league racing, it will surely be one league of teams that are able/willing to operate

cinderfella
The way things are going all professional sport is going to be put on hold. Just look at the number of soccer or rugby teams that have players test positive for C19 especially after trips abroad. Â

We know it’s Poole and with Swindons withdrawal the TV contract is down the Swanny so the weeks delay of the AGM will have given them time to come up with a plan B scenario...... not.
