Do you have to pay for tests in the uk ?

I believe if you are travelling abroad you may need to, professional sports certainly bare the cost of testing.

I was wondering about this the other day, because when they talked about Tuchel going to Chelsea, they were wondering whether he had to quarantine. And it seems he didn't, as he was straight on the training ground and then at his first game

He had to quarantine but under FA rules had permission to join Chelsea's bubble as he tested negative before flying into the country. So basically he was allowed into the training ground and stadium but nowhere else

Wake up Poles not going let riders travel back and forth to different countries way things are now just like last year

Yes they are as they are allowing top league riders ride in 1 other league(mainly Sweden or Denmark) & the lower leagues 2 others( unless it's the minor German league which I have read about that a rider can do 3 extra leagues).

Its one thing the Polish speedway league allowing riders to ride in different leagues.... but a totally different matter to whether  the Polish Government will allow it ( UK/ Danish/ Swedish governments too)

100% this, its obvious isnt it?

And if things are still "dicey" come the season start in Poland, then Polish Speedway will just ban everyone from leaving their country if they want a team place anyway...

Or if they dont "ban" them from leaving, as that might be too controversial, they will put some compulsory to attend practice meetings together on nights when riders should be 'elsewhere'....

Maybe the UK leagues initially will still name riders who 'may' still ride over here just to put seven names on a team sheet?

Then use guests to cover their potential non attendance due to "circumstances beyond their control"...

And then hope that later in the season more relaxed rules will apply as the vaccines kick in and reduce the global risk so the initial septets named can all get on track..

With such ever changing logistical issues it must be a nightmare planning for this season, however,  I would imagine the promoters would feel that having two years of no UK Speedway on track, and on TV, is something they will do absolutely everything they can to avoid...

As March/April 2022 will be an awfully long way from the last meeting in October 2019..

the UK is way ahead of any european country for vaccines and when we get to may we will be virtually done !! all variants need are boosters listen to the news or are you just another grim reaper in life get a grip !!

Yes we are doing really well on vaccines but also as Piers Morgan says on a daily basis, we have the highest daily deaths in Europe. So why would Poland allow riders to travel in and out of UK? By May it might be a bit different and we can only go on what is happening at the moment. As Brady has said in the past  the Polish league is his main priority so don't expect him to fight his Polish club if they don't want him to go to the UK in between...

I presume either Jack or Josh won't be back? Unless they want to go for this, which looks awful tbh. No offence Ashley, you're one of my favourite riders

1. Troy Batchelor 8.82

2. Ashley Morris 3.24

3. Josh Grajczonek 7.29

4. Kyle Howarth 5.58

5. Jack Holder 7.49

6. 3.08 Left?

7. ???

Interesting today to read that Mustafi has to stay isolated from the Schalke team. He is allowed to train alone, but not with the team. Not sure if that is DFB or government rules though. But anyway, let's hope it is all a formality by the time the season comes along
