You have to admit the guaranteed pay, fantastic race track, rider support, excellent sponsorship and fanatical fans make a compelling package compared to many.

Well said, racing has been superb last season, and how anyone can say the rest of the team is boring have not seen Cookie,  Sam and Connor in action at Glasgow, ( providing they are back) Cookie when he misses the start is phenomenal to watch cutting his way to the front.

It’s obvious the set up at Glasgow will tempt any rider nowadays, that wasn’t always the case in the past,so good luck to them.At least he will get paid the deal he is offered, which is more that can be said at all clubs(GB and ABROAD).It is also worth mentioning that they can only sign riders up to Points Limit the same as other Clubs. Most Clubs are looking for riders to increase their average,so these type also have an advantage negotiating Terms.

It would appear you don’t have pay anything at 1 Club in 2018;)

Am sure most if not all monies due were/will be paid it happens even in supposed rich polish clubs, thats the reason to admire the riders for carrying on every week just wait till my 6 numbers come up lol.

Happy environment interesting. I’d say more high pressure.

There are some who can deal with pressure and happy with it.

There are also some who can't deal with pressure and bail out.

Not unusual is it Blobby.

It’s not you’re right. Just from what I’ve been told from riders who have ridden under the new regime.

however nothing wrong with having high demands.

I'd have done everything to try an keep rasmus Jensen if I'd a been the powers that be at glasgow.

He would be my number 1 rider next season, he's still young an he's still going to improve. Cook is great at this level but he is what he is now an if anything hes slightly on the decline from a few year ago.

Rasser would put more on his average plus leave more space for a more balanced team.

Cooper Henderson looks to have potential but could do with dropping a few pounds.

Rasser dropped the championship for next season with Poland calling.

Was his decision.

Pressure can bring out the best in some people ,not good for  anybody if riders just go through the motions .

I hear Kevin Wolbert wasn't great under pressure

Infact just remove under pressure.
