Hardly an excuse but real reasons!! I don't get what commitment issues you mean? He was due to start as a second string on 7.16 for Poole last season until the visa issue stopped him.

Agree they are real reasons,  which to me says he probably is well past his best.

He seemed to go missing in meetings when the conditions or track didn’t suit him plus of course he was hardly committed to Kings Lynn.

No. Wondered for ages.. Whats he done??

Ditto. Some seem to think it’s common knowledge. Seems odd that it isn’t common knowledge.

We where the only ones that would have him after the silly team building averages came out. Ford dropped his main man like a stone.

Don’t understand why an ex World champion has so many problems getting visa?. Has he been in trouble with the police?

Nothing to do with police. Let's simply say there was an unfortunate error with his visa application paperwork 2 years ago at a time when his off track issues were at their peak and the visa authorities would not allow him to reapply for a minimum of 2 years. He tried to get a different (restricted) visa last year which would have allowed him to work here but that was also turned down. All should be ok now but any application now will be treated along with any other. The fact he is an ex World Champ carries  no weight at all.

So are we thinking Holder coming in alongside Klint Nicholls and Covatti?

No Nicholls,,, he's on the naughty list

Obviously Holder depends on visa application I would have thought, but that's what the jungle drums are saying in my local boozer.

Klindt King Heeps Allen Holder covatti Ayres

Obviously something different if no Holder.

Why is Nicholls on the naughty list? He has guested for us several times in recent seasons?

Welcome Nic - has often been a thorn in the Witches side as a visitor

One of the most improved riders in the league over the past two seasons  - which will be the worry for many re how much more is to come particularly if he is at No1

For those that have been calling for a fast gating fast in front type of rider here he is!!

Although he should be banned from driving if he can get from Ipswich stadium to stansted in half an hour..... more like an hour and twenty!

Ooh I don't know, I've done it in the past in just under and just over the hour from Felixstowe...and I'm a boring driver who sticks to the limits. Half an hour though is slightly too quick.....

Awsome addition to the witches team,,,, probably one of the most what's needed for the team type of signings in the last 20 years.

Fantastic around Foxhall, and I can see him getting even better on his new home track,,,, as long as the curse of the witches number 1 jacket don't get him.   Does he already play golf? Or has he now gotta hit the local driving range

think it shows how far the league has fallen in stature when Klindt is a number one.

We all know that the top riders dont ride here but its not about who is your number one its about team building to a strength

Last year we had Harris as our number one............we made the play offs where as teams with a genuine number one didnt like Kings Lynn and Belle Vue

Its about balance and if Klindt starts at one then if the rest of the team is solid it wouldnt be an issue

For example what pair of signings would provide the most points....Iversen/Ayres............Klindt/Covatti
