That's pretty naughty saying that everyone is upset about Danny but accusing them of that is a pretty low and insensitive thing to do Edited February 6, 2020 by hagonshocker

Not sure its allowed to rude in all 3 leagues anymore though Considering he moved straight into the main body of the team and managed to stay there ahead of the lauded non Brits I'd say he did OK Looked really good in Oz over the winter too. I feel he he kick on and compete if given the chance Ellis Perks rode in all 3 leagues last year.

Yes I’d agree he started ok but he himself even admitted it was tougher than he expected. Only to be expected. Having had the pleasure of watching him in the NL he was one of the most natural riders I’ve seen on a bike since Darcy Ward, so I highly rate him by the way.
Arch Stanton
Whether it’s the coming season or seasons after, really looking forward to watching Drew Kemp in Witches colours. The boy has so much talent and has a bright future.

Whether he rides for Ipswich or not this season, am sure he will thrive and improve in the cosetted all British team environment at Eastbourne this season, a good blend of youngsters his age and the experience of Lawson and Kerr etc to call on. Hopefully over the next few seasons it will be an easy path for him and settle with us in the championship and Ipswich in the premiership becoming the rider we hope ( along with Edwards and Brennan obviously!) This has been posted by David Ayres on Facebook. Danny's funeral on the 14th of February Go to Mildenhall Stadium which will be open about 12 noon. There will be a play area for the children so families welcome. Danny will be brought in about 1pm and go round the track escorted by the riders. Then on to the Crematorium for 2pm, Those with small children can watch the funeral streamed live to the Stadium as best not to take them to the Crematorium . Party time at the Stadium afterwards. Fish and chip shop will be open and the bar. Music about 7pm. All welcome to give him a send off. This is a celebration not a wake, so colourful clothing please. Danny's favourite colour is pink. All welcome.

Racin Jason 72
I would like Ipswich to run a second leg of the Danny’s day memorial at foxhall so a second income boosts the funds coffers. even better if Scunthorpe and Kent can run a home leg too and have a proper home leg each so all his fans from all over the country can pay their respects and help his family too

Super Blue
After a bit of digging I saw a figure of 8k mentioned on an old Dog racing website but I think that might be rather optimistic, I'd think maybe 5k if all the grass banking was filled. Just an opinion though having seen what a few hundred looks like on the many occasions I've been there.
Falcon1983
I think one meeting is more than enough to honour Danny, I get the idea of a home leg each and the amount of money it can raise but there are still meeting costs, rider availability, mechanical costs, potential for rider injury etc. I think a one-off meeting is perfect, if ran annually it can help his children overtime rather than just a one-off 4
