Not really, Ipswich have a hard-core season ticket following, who will buy season tickets whoever is or isn't in the team. As long as speedway is at Foxhall they will be there.

Spl77
That's great news just one point why wait until mid December if the contract was signed before he left for Australia?

Thinking only 6 myself,, unless they have managed to entice FF Good Jake is back, should slightly improve on last season with an injury free run. Pretty sure at some time they have fallen out with the Louis family also but now they support the club Everyone falls out in life with people, its just how its handled and made up. Example, if RT apologised to the club etc. things could be different

Covatti Heeps King Klindt Ayes that last one is really going to blow peoples minds, or leave them disappointed. My feeling is that its going to be a big hitter as Baldy has said, why bring in Ayes if there is not a plan? or a high probability plan.... If it does not come off will they sack Ayres before a wheel is turned and go for a team built like last season..
Baldyman
Number 1 and Ayres,,, or Nicholls and Covatti,,, they are probably the 2 choices. If Holder can overcome his visa issues I'm sure it will be him, if not I don't see anyone else apart from poss Iversen. Sponsor money helped with Pedersen, you would like to think our team was offered the same.
Falcon1983
Top 8 to 10 GP boys wont really want in, I know Doyle is an exception but he blossomed late so in reality he is earning as much as he can before he retires, isn't it the top 6 in GP next year guarantee a spot for year after...so if you fancy a top 6 spot you wont want to do the UK as well. So leaves me thinking Holder, Milik, Iversen, Zagar, maybe Lindback? The likes of Woofy, Bartosz, Janowski, Vaculik, Freddie, Dudek, Madsen, Emil etc would not want the UK The young up and coming poles such as Drabik probably wouldn't be interested. Those not in GP maybe long shots Jepsen Jensen, Michelsen or Pawlicki
JamesB
It's going to be interesting.... A team with both Allen and Heeps in the main body would worry me especially away from home, but then again they may both push on even more and become quasi third heat leaders. Gavan
1. Holder/Iversen/Zagar 2. Allen 3. Heeps 4. King 5. Klindt 6. Covatti 7. Ayres Wouldnt mind that side although we would still suffer some harsh away defeats Edited December 10, 2019 by Gavan
