Im sure Brady is looking forward to the new season with excitement and the new challenge and lets be honest a track he should love compared to Pooles Typical Poole response though to feel the club is under attack I just think at times certain riders can do with a move away........possibly Robert Lambert may benefit to Typical Gavan response trying to gloss over the dig at Poole.

Over the 89/90 winter, Leigh moved up to the British League by joining Swindon

poolebolton
Think Brady going somewhere else is a good idea for his career. Riders move all the time and suddenly explode onto the scene. Nic Klindt for example has stepped it up since he went to Poole. Doyle left Poole and became a WC. Magic left Swindon delivered 3 titles straight and been a solid GP rider with the potential to win a Medal. Personally for his career I would like to see Lambert maybe move to BV in the future. At the end of the day once you can turn the Bike in the U.K. I would be going to BV to try and get ready for Poland.

So Adam Ellis (two times league winner) and Jason Doyle, World Champion, did not improve for leaving Poole? You sure you want to go with that statement fb? You could also add Peter Kildemand. He definitely improved after being signed by you boys.

scottyfan
Antonio Lindback went from Poole to Belle Vue.......How did that work out?? (Clue....7+ average to 4 point average....) Vaclav Milik to Kings Lynn.......oops!! Yep....ALL riders improve beyond recognition when they leave Poole!!!
Bagpuss
Not sure Milik is s great example, he only rode a few meetings for Lynn and was carrying an injury in most of them.

The same could be said of Doyle, he was injured most of the time at Poole. Riders move clubs for all sorts of reasons, some improve, some don't but its hardly ever because they moved. Well they do count because all 3 are examples of riders who improved after leaving Poole - which is what was asked for!
