Panthers management are responsible for their customers and should be talking to them in terms of their own business It's been a long road: we started our journey nearly a week ago on page 197 and after going full circle through shark infested custard we're back to our starting position

As the weeks go by, with so little real news to talk about. Live speedway seems just a distant memory to me.
SteveLyric2
Wolves will not run unless they get the go-ahead next week to start in August. Season tickets will be held over to 2021 as much money has been spent on a number of regular costs and track improvements with no admission income. The only surprising thing is that you think that there's a reason for it which is different from arriving late to the party

Najjer
Rohan Tungate set to line up in Poland this weekend for the first time. Is he still selling those Peterborough Kevlars?
scoobydoo
Been posted on a Championship thread that both Peterborough and Kings Lynn possibly not running at all along with perhaps 2-3 other tracks, even if there is any form of racing in 2020 so perhaps Tungate does know the score concerning his kevlars. scoobydoo
He would be for sure deep in the do do, also if the sponsors paid for them cant see them being happy, can only assume the riders think that once there presented or handed them that they are there property to do with as they please Edited July 12, 2020 by scoobydoo

LagutaRacingFan
Just watching Jack Holder in Poland and it fills my heart with joy knowing we played a part in producing such a talented rider. old bob at herne bay
Pray tell me who does Keir Starmer ride for? Looks very well dressed rider ... collar and tie. Maybe he is on of the management team at Peterborough Panters .

Whilst it did not say this , a communication received recently from KL makes me think that this is entirely possible.

I thought Bluster would have been at the front of the queue to stage a few meetings. League racing might be out of the question, maybe the pride of the east at Lynn, if restrictions are lifted later in the year. If they dont run then your entitled by law to your season ticket money back in full, will be interesting to see what responce and the timescale involved in this happening. If people wanted to press the case then I'm pretty sure that they could argue what the definition of a speedway season always has been and that it hasn't been delivered and isn't going to be. It's a local issue based on terms and conditions at each track. Peterborough is quite unspecific in terms of numbers but does say in the press notice " Why not secure a full season of Premiership action at one of the fastest tracks in Great Britain? " and that hasn't happened and isn't going to happen so higher up confirmation isn't required IMO.

My guess top priority at KL is getting the stock cars up and running he must have lost a small fortune on that front .
