My theory is ( no substance) that NKI always wanted to ride for us but not with Carl as manager. Rob Lyons becomes manager and deal done in days.

Was thinking same thing. Far as im aware Rob and NKI have a good relationship. Carl just comes across as very arrogant

Had not thought of this but could be some truth in it

My theory, having listened to what he has said (previously) and what I have read a few times over the winter, is that the logistics of riding in the British, Swedish, Polish and Danish leagues coupled with the GP’s meant it took a bit of sorting out.

Absolutely, I’m surprised he’s took it in but really glad he has. Hope he doesn’t suffer burnout like he did a few years back.

Not going into details on here but few seasons back whe he apparently stepped down as team manager "due to family and work" wasnt the true story...

Struggling to see how that has any impact on NKI deciding to ride for us or not?? Didn’t seem to worry Hans or any of the other riders that we’ve signed with Carl as TM??

Wilson-Dean has pulled out of Somerset’s team it’s just been announced. His shoulder still isn’t right. Been told to rest for 6 months.

Zealand Grand Prix championship. May explained, "Bradders contacted me today and broke the news that he has been advised by his specialist to fully rest the shoulder for up to six months. He told me that although he had been riding locally back at home he wasn't pain free and whilst he dearly wants to continue riding he has to take into account the experts opinion and I fully recognise that for the sake of his own health he has to take heed of the situation. A gruelling season is only going to make the pain worse and would undoubtedly have consequences in his long-term health."
