No explanation of the reasons and issues behind the decision and no clarify about the amount of the Fine. So lets say as an example Kennett and Vissing lose 3-5k in earnings while banned. If Cooks fine is 5k or more at least an appreciation that he has lost earning and therefore being punished. To just say "fined" is just not acceptable. Expand The fact that it is just stated as "a fine" without the amount definitely means the level of fine is not substantial.
Method
You can only laugh at this point... This was always going to be the outcome, as soon as the appeal was made. At this point, it really does feell like the last drops of water are being squeezed out of the washcloth for the people involved and everyone is just trying to milk as much out of the remaining few seasons as possible. stevec
This is just unbelievable. Yu could....and we did, go on for days aurguing over who started it, how it happened, why it happened, was it provoked etc etc but it is a FACT that Cook thew a punch and was involved and was the main culprit, hence the original ban being longer. How the hell can he get away withoit a ban. This is the SCB at its worse and a fingers up to fairness!
