Quel surprise!!

Weather in South of Glasgow  nice, pavements  hardly  damp,no puddles in the  car park which  floods  regularly.

Damage  done  earlier or no  ability  to  sort the  track  ??

Sadly we no longer race in the south of Glasgow. Where we stay weve got puddles in our puddles :(

yep we want to have 7 fit riders for the play-offs. I wonder what bandits fans would have said if half there team had got injured tonight just so Glasgow could get a meeting on.

Speedway is dangerous, hope you can get a month of sunshine or you might not finish the season before Christmas.

Sh#t scared of track conditions after some rain is more like it.

The way i see it is after last weeks fiasco they can't afford another meeting that may cheat the fans,  it would do more damage in future regarding crowd levels.

I hazard a guess that it was more to do with the daily rain all week.

Fair enough, but the  number of cancellations this season is wearing thin with a lot of fans I know, the riders just want perfect conditions nowadays. The track staff obviously don’t want to waste their time trying to make a track that riders will just moan about. Its not a dire forecast for this evening. But “ the damage is done” wins the day.The Tigers failing to get stuck in  last week probably resulted  in a lack of entertainment last week IMO.

The problem was last week the riders had to "ride" the track rather than just go flat out and turn left at end of straight it was packed that tight with little loose dirt todays riders just cant handle anything that isnt super slick.

So that track was packed tight with littled loose dirt but riders need it super slick, does that not mean the track should've been to their liking?

Depends when Glasgow want to re run surely .

Yes it does but isn't the cut off just nine days away. After tomorrow night Glasgow are already racing on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday of night week, they could run a double header next Saturday with their meeting with Sheffield.

I love the fact that Berwick fans are really well informed and up-to-date with the rules and then again there are others who think they read it somewhere

Edinburgh quoted 19th as cut off date if you’re really that bothered.I don’t know anyone who can quote the up-to-date rules in the sport.Except Craig Cook:P he has his own rule book.

Art 18.1.8: The cut off date for the Premiership League will be 19th September and the Championship
League will be 15th September.

You're usually spot on with this sort of thing, Neil -- but the Championship extension (to 19th) has been fairly widely reported?
