His actual 2019 top flight average with Wolves is 4.60 so not the big improver some seem to think. His big scores have been match changers but he has had more poor meetings. Id agree tho, has the potential to improve more and hopefully his average will be low enough to include him next season. Edit, his actual rolling average is 4.60 as well so hopefully will stay low enough then. Edited September 2, 2019 by stevebrum

He seems to have improved a lot this season and fair play to Wolves for seeing his potential and snapping him up. I can't think swapping Ashley Morris for Douglas took much thought!!

No Belle Vue couldn't replace Bewley or cook had to be guests who weren't in the playoffs.

SteveLyric2
Well neither of the Wolves reserves did themselves justice on their own track last night so hopefully that may continue on Thursday?! With Thorsell and Morris now hitting some form it'll make the battle between the respective 3&4s very interesting.

ReadingRacer2017
Swindon will unfortunately for Wolves fans, let Ipswich win on Thursday. Belle Vue will get 4 points against Panthers, Wolverhampton will take 0 points on Thursday and only 3 against Panthers. Wolverhampton miss out

Think Becker must have had some magic mushrooms for his dinner. It needed Sudden Sam in the pits to calm his countryman down. He'll be OK at Poole. R/R always makes the opposition stronger and R/R always makes Poole weaker Poole ran R/R for Worrall and then R/R for Josh..........all the time we were told that any team without its 7 riders will always be weaker...............Wolves rock up to Poole with 6 riders and the Poole mafia say they are stronger with 6..............its very tiresome to read the same old guff from the same people It was like the Ipswich match.....earlier in the season Poole won at Ipswich with a weakened team and boy were we told..........they go back to Ipswich with a much stronger team..then moan that no Josh, while forgetting that Heeps was out......and we get told before the meeting that Ipswich were favourites........laughable Anyway i think the loss of Howarth could go either way. Kyle got 6 at Poole earlier in the season........The 4 riders replacing him might get slightly more but i wouldnt say lots more....Thorsell and Morris were shocking last time

They are a different proposition now, 27 points between them last night. It should be a close one, would be happy with a point to be honest, as it would put us above Ipswich if they lose
