Swindon can be favourites but I wouldn't put it past Wolves beating them over 2 legs especially without any TS! Gavan getting wound up about Poole surely not!

It's more likely Belle Vue will be the team scoring no more points....

Who says Peterborough v Wolves is on the 19th? No date has been agreed yet. To be quite honest, if the playoff positions are decided by one fixture not being completed , it will be another nail in the coffin of British speedway

I really dont know what he will say id we won it again. Basically, nothing, he will hide for a year. And come back with his usual rubbish. acef
The chips will be down for BV at Peterboro and I expect we will win by enough margin to take 4 points. If berge stays, he will do ok at the show ground. The issue is I'm not convinced that will be enough. Before Ipswich made the changes I thought they would miss out but NKI is a massive boost. It takes pressure of others and I think they will win tonight. Its between ourselves and wolves for the last place imo.

If BV take 4 points that should be enough as Wolves would need 4 points from their remaining two away matches (assuming they win at home against KL), one of which is at Poole. Berge guested for Poole at the showground and rode well so he should be a bonus there.

I think wolves will win at Peterboro. There is a really strong chance we will tie on points. That home defeat to wolves 2 weeks ago was absolutely catastrophic for me. We simply had to win it. Unfortunately some rain levelled the track and max was injured. Unfortunate set of circumstances but wolves can only beat what is in front of them and that they did. Ultimately I think that result could prove vital for wolves.

Bit of a dilemma with berge. He will likely score well at Peterboro and if that means we qualify, the consequence is that he will be largely ineffective in them. Is what it is. For me, I'm not really arsed about winning. I just want 2 banker home meetings in terms of crowd. Its money we cant afford to turn away, same for the rest of the league I guess. I agree you will definitely need all 4 points on offer at Peterborough. Peterborough have nothing to play for but may want to be spoilers and winning at home in the last couple of meetings always goes down well with fans. Vey important for all teams as they are all struggling financially. Edited August 29, 2019 by foreverblue
