Bagpuss
Track very grippy, track record broken, racing quite processional. Am sure it will improve though. Lynn need to gate better, Aces heat leaders having it too easy at the moment. Edited August 26, 2019 by Bagpuss

In 90% of cases I'd agree but this is the NSS we are talking about. Very unusual. Normally non starts provide the best racing but its frankly been awful. It's probably riding to quick.
Phil The Ace
Racing wont improve. It's very grippy. Will be gate and go all match. I'm bored although happy were winning
Rob B
Could tell before the meeting there was a very grippy strip in middle of track, get back wheel on that and your gone. Thought it might have slickened out by now but constant watering to keep dust down keeping it grippy. Heat 10 was a decent race finally. g13webb
We have only won 1 race our of 10 so far. Not looking good I'm afraid …...
Bagpuss
Very, very flat performance by Lynn. Awful from the gate and not quick enough on track. Lambert obviously not fit and riding within himself. Not good enough unfortunately. Racing poor too making it a depressing afternoon catching up with one or two old friends at least so not all bad.
CB252
Dreadful meeting it must be said. Should have stayed in bed. Don't think I can cope with a wobble fest at Wolves on the way home. British Speedway eh!
Gavan
This result will almost put Lynn away from the play offs now Ipswich now need to get something from the home meeting against Poole as i can see both Belle Vue and Wolves getting past the 39 points we currently have Swindon will go top of the league tonight

MPT, Riss, Kerr and TJ have all been going well at Lynn, and looking fast.. Compared to last season, Lynn's away for has been dire. I think they were last seasons top away points scorers, with around 13 away points.. acef
Worst meeting I've ever seen at the NSS, absolutely dreadful. For whatever reason its riding extremely quickly despite it being so dry. And kings Lynn look like they cant be arsed
IainB
It's still better than anything served up at Leicester

They water it every bank holiday when it's hot like this. It's not bone dry, but there definitely isn't the same amount of moisture as a night match, naturally in this heat. No dust at all but it's still riding really quick and is very grippy. Miracle how they done that in such hot weather.

scoobydoo
So if this is now Lynn's play off hopes as good as over along with Peterborough already no where, its just Ipswich to go then Busters got the hat trick of non play off teams still i bet hes still happy as its Big Van Banger day at the AFA today 1
Rob B
Craig Cook just been an idiot again, track staff were repairing damaged fence by starting gate plenty of people on track, Cook rode round to the starting gate even though referee put red lights on. Clerk of course walked up to him and told him he had to leave and he didn’t, so clerk of the course pulled his cut out. 5

Completely different type of muck unfortunately. Bit of pride restored in heat 13 which illustrates how hard it is to pass but it’s been a pretty awful performance. LisaColette
Not to worry KL, it definitely won't be grippy at Poole when you come in a few weeks

It’s funny that because reading social media of fans up and down the country describing racing at many tracks as being a ‘good meeting’ you would think racing at MOST tracks have decent racing. Obviously it’s subjective what 2 people consider a good meeting even of the same meeting. I’ve read some tripe over the years as some Aces fans slating a meeting at Monmore when there was passes galore. Id even go as far to say that MOST fans consider racing at their local track decent. Obviously that’s very debatable if that counts as true for all of course. Hopefully that clarifies my position further.
