DATES and venues for the semi-finals for the Premiership venues have been agreed.

The four clubs doing battle for the league title have held talks to provide an early announcement in order for fans to make arrangements.

The battle for top spot is still very much on with Poole currently holding the upper hand over Swindon - the team which finishes top will get choice of opponents.

The details are as follows:

Monday September 23: Poole
Thursday September 26: Ipswich
Monday September 30: Wolverhampton
Thursday October 3: Swindon

The grand final will take place over two legs the following Monday and Thursday, October 7 and 10.

Poole will need to win at Kings Lynn to finish top, they got smashed there last time, and Stars are unbeaten at home. Not a foregone conclusion

we got two home meetings  if we win both Swindon will have to win at kings lynn to go above us

More like clubs to make arrangements with venues. Fans cant make an arrangements for away meetings to take time off work etc as not known where will be.

The earliest we will know is next Monday although it could go down to whenever the Kings Lynn v Poole meeting is re-arranged for. If it's the 19th that's far from ideal

Can't wait until you get stuffed by Wolves in the play offs!!

Haven't heard any update on Schlein or Howarth,s injuries, suppose no news is good news, although missing Kyle hasn't made us weaker,it's always better to go into the playoffs with a full seven man squad.                                                                                                    Edit...See Howarth has been ruled out tomorrows meeting at Sheffield.

I think you are confusing Schlein with Batchelor!!

Batchelor had no trouble with a damp track on Monday & has done well for us this season, raising his average to 8+ this season. Would happily have him back next season. It's good to see a smile on his face again this season.
