Shame he does, because if I remember correctly nicki was front and centre raising money for him after his accident. Short memory Mr ward has.

Didn't he slate British speedway as well but was forced to grovel and back track when he was reminded how much was done for him over here compared to being robbed by the Poles and Swedes?
old bob at herne bay
Have the Cook Vissing and Kennett bans finished now ?? Cook has appealed Kennett gone on holiday Vissing ?? Meanwhile the Eastbourne “promotion” are planning how to wind up and intimidate their next visitors to their little track at Arlington. One thing I have to say their promoters are certainly hands on down in Sussex

He could get more if unsuccessful, or less if he is. Vissing's appeal was declined. So banned Kennett didn't appeal. So banned

One thing I have to say their promoters are certainly hands on down in Sussex Based on the evidence received and with the support of 2 SCB Officers, the following penalties have been applied -Craig Cook - SCB Registration suspended for a period of 12 days 12th August - 23rd August 2019Claus Vissing - SCB Registration suspended for a period of 10 days 12th August - 21st August 2019Edward Kennett - SCB Registration suspended for a period of 10 days 12th August - 21st August 2019 ...................................... APPEALS have been received against suspensions by both Craig Cook and Claus Vissing. These appeals have been considered by the SCB members and it can now be confirmed that Claus Vissing's is rejected. However, following new information submitted by Craig Cook, his appeal has been accepted and a date for a full SCB hearing will be set.Craig Cook is therefore free to continue racing until the hearing but Claus Vissing's suspension remains in place until up to and including Wednesday August 21.No appeal has been received from the other suspended rider, Edward Kennett. But that would have been FIM rather than SCB. Boyce definitely hit Nicki P too as there was a collection at Poole to pay his fine! But not sure if he got a ban? I must admit i can't think of anyone off the top of my head, and i've seen quite a few in my time. That's why i thought i would put the question out there. That Boyce one was a corker and funny enough many people at the time thought Gollob deserved it. I've got memories or Stonehewer having a dustup with someone at Smallmead and also Anders Hendricksson being involved in something similar around that time. Not sure if any bans happened tho - @racers and royals may recall better.

Tomasz was a bit of a menace in that first gp year, knocking riders off left right and centre. I think Boycey hit him for five or six riders! It certainly livened up a wet night in East London and the riders had a whip round to pay Craig's fine.

The ref banned him from the rest of the meeting and fined him I read. Because of this, that's all get got, as he couldn't be punished for the same offence twice. Yeh that's right - y'know i'm wondering if its along those lines that could be the focus of the appeal for Cook. I don't know if the rulebook goes into specifics on this or referee guidance covers this, but i can't help but wonder that if serious misconduct is noted by the ref then maybe he has to take some action these days rather than it all just be noted and dealt with further down the line. Only a guess, but Cook must have something on a technicality level up his sleeve if he's going to put himself thru the aggro of an appeal. Only a thought tho as i say.. Catalan
I do feel as both the other perpetrators have served their punishment Cookie will have to take some sort of sentence.
