StevePark
What's the weather like at the minute down there? Forecast not great, but might get away with it?
craigACE
I hope the weather is kind to you lot. Should be a great crowd and meeting. The weather here in Wigan is sunny. Might spread your way soon. Redcar v Newcastle-Speedway Derby.
Boothers
Weather in Thornaby (15 minute drive from the track?) is currently dull but not raining and hasn't rained for an hour or so. Pavements are dry but standing puddles from early morning rain. Threatening clouds around but still better than we were led to expect.

It's pretty grey, miserable and gloomy in South Bank...oh and the weather's improving too. 1
boz
Forecast does seem to have improved from earlier. Fingers crossed we get no further rain.

boz
Shower passed through about 10 mins ago but dry again at the moment (I am about 10 minutes drive from track).
Yearbyred
Looks a lot more cloud and showers around than earlier. But it’s very hit and miss.
Aceslider
If its anything to go by, the short term forecast for Teesside on BBC Weather shows the rain clouds missing Cargo Fleet altogether until circa 7.00am tomorrow morning. The slider adjustment which moves the timeframe forward illustrating the direction of the rain clouds is really clever and it was spot on for the forecast relevant to Newcastle's match last Sunday against Somerset. Norfolk Bear
Easy win for Bears but still some great races our 3 Heat leaders are flying as is Jordan Stewart , Andersen Riding better than his scores suggest

Certainly, the best Bears team for some years. UTB !!
diamond@heart
Another piss poor performance away from home by the Diamonds. 5+1 from Worrall, not the sort of score a number one should be posting.
Speedway4ever
Great racing tonight again from the Bears for another win. Shout out to Ben Rathbone flying during the second half. Well done to the Gems on another win. They should get signed up for the first team. ;-)
boz
Pretty routine win in the end - we got a bit lucky with the weather. Certainly interesting watching speedway with lightning going off pretty close by! Thankfully rain stayed away until last couple of races. Bears heatleaders and Stewart all looked excellent - all seem to be firing at the right time. Though Andersen rode better than his points suggested. Scary to think how good we could be if we had 7 riders! Jorgensen was good for the Diamonds, and though Worrall rode hard but was just not quick enough for the Bears top 3. Useful points again from Clegg.
