The 3 riders are clearly travelling slowly and headed towards a pit gate when the marshall becomes involved. The marshall having created the problem then walks away and lets other Eastbourne people including Eastbourne riders create a riot. How were the Glasgow management meant to stop a riot? jenga Posted August 7, 2019 Report Share Posted August 7, 2019 (edited) lets just all rewind for a moment and think who started the on track action , bearing in mind that the home team has the right to make the track to their advantage that is acceptable . hot day , plenty of water or hot day plenty of dust ... worky visited glasgow when rickey wells was number one for us . the track was swimming but glasgow wanted to carry on .this can be seen on the glasgow site and its well into the meeting and swimming . kennets actions were in my eyes in defence of fellow eastbourne staff/riders .. also WHO SWUNG THE FIRST PUNCH . I'm not sure what you're saying but the thrust seems to be if you are of a non Glasgow persuasion it is OK to react or even over react whether it is justified or not. If you are of a Glasgow persuasion you should just stand back take all the intimidation, verbal abuse, be pushed and shoved, threatened and punched. There comments were posted on a tigers fans page and certainly don't paint a pretty picture. Your last paragraph does not make sense unless you remove 'seemingly'.
