Having said that I fancied Wright for a place, didn't expect him to win it but he took his chance so well. Fantastic how much did you win? Harris if any was the surprise package with Worrall or Schlein the only others likely to mount a real challenge as the others are just too inconsistent. The odds said different, he was 25/1. topaz325
I had a top four in no particular order of Wright, Cook, Bewley and Nichols!

And you'll still have the majority of tracks in this country poorly shaped, too narrow, too small, lacking sufficient banking and badly prepared. But apart from that standardising bikes will fix everything! In other words it's the completely wrong answer, utterly pointless, and potentially creates a further gulf in class between UK and the rest, particularly Poland. Fix the damn tracks!

Dickie Head
Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere. Would I be right in thinking King and Cook will be given the reserve spots at the Cardiff GP? From a personal viewpoint I would give Danny Ayres a spot. He wouldn’t let anyone down. Might add quite a few on the gate and if he could get on track and deliver his unique showmanship, the place would go mental.
OveFundinFan
Re two reserves for Cardiff. It would be an ideal situation to let two young ins get experience of a gp atmosphere. Put Dan Bewley at 17 plus another youngster at 18.

Totally agree with you but unfortunately it won't happen as Danny King and Chris Harris have just been announced as Cardiff reserves. I've no objection to King but Harris sorry no, he's had his time give it to the youngsters.

If a place was offered to King, who was 2nd and Bomber who was 4th - we should expect the rider who was 3rd to be in the mix. If it was because of his behaviour the other day, and I do not condone it, but there are some others in the GP who have not been slow in getting out their handbags. bruno
Bonkers having King and Bomber what a waste surely it's better to let some youngsters sample the atmosphere

stevehone
with the British Final winner getting in the meeting, why not the U21 1st & 2nd as reserves especially next year when Lambert is ineligable Edited August 13, 2019 by stevehone 1
