Icicle
As a friend of mine commented Gulls (of all types) tend to be be tidy (if annoying) birds, whilst Pigeons are very scruffy. Edited July 15, 2019 by Icicle
Shrub
Pigeons certainly need lessons on nest building though I have to say their plumage always look immaculate. Gulls indeed always look tidy which is remarkable considering the crap they eat. A casual acquaintance and I were wondering today who picks up guide dog poo? Peanut butter and marmite was a real turn off for me I am afraid.

waytogo28
I NEVER wear trainers nor have done, nor will do ( horrid sweaty things - or is that my feet? ). I did wear black plimsolls at school in the early 1960s.
Baldyman
Did you also have a draw string plimsoll bag to keep them in

semion
On the subject of birds what about the Norwegian Blue, beautiful plumage ? Also the Lilac Breasted Roller or this a Speedway term for getting out of the gate ?
semion
I have to confess I’m more ya Marmite on Crumpet sort of fellow. Now that sounds like a Sid James Line from Carry on Speedway. Would Sid have played Buster in that film ? Though Buster I saw as a more Mrs Doubtfire Edited July 16, 2019 by semion
