His Premiership average is still valid for use in that league as it was obtained in the current season

Conversion between the leagues only applies when the rider has not competed in the other league during that season

Clear as mud thanks. Will get plenty of guest bookings then as it is so low.Goes against riders like L.Bjerre and Barker though who have a relatively high Pl average but no longer ride in it.

What happened as I see it and as usual it is complicated. Aarnio was injured prior to riding for Belle Vue which would normally mean you revert to the previous line up as Kings Lynn have done because Nicol was injured they reverted to the previous line up which included S Lambert but because Wells was injured he couldn't be re-introduced back in the line up so Belle Vue had no facility and had to use a guest under a 4 point CL average but now Wells isn't injured Belle Vue revert to the previous team that includes Wells until Aarnio has come back from injury and ridden for Belle Vue.

They cant revert as Aarnio cannot be replaced by Wells

No they haven't reverted back but as Taps says they used his PL average as this is apparently still valid.

But surely if you continue to fill it eventually it can't go anywhere

It will simply because it's not really part of the actual base, it's like filling a pot hole eventually it will come out again.

Are you suggesting that the kings lynn riders deliberately made a hole?

Like I said, I'm not sure if you are serious because that is quite an accusation.

At the end of they day, even if it came up like that after being kicked, it shouldn't have. That means the track is soft and not binded.

I trust Bob's opinion, he is pretty fair minded.

So there we go another rider thought it was intentional.

So KL riders made the holes worse? They really are a bunch of idiots.

Your the idiot to think you can fill a hole with loose dirt and pretend the hole isn't there anymore.

Perhaps the hole was filled, and upon kicking it came up.

The point here is that it shouldn't. This is what makes tracks dangerous because if the back wheel gets into that whilst you are mid slide then it will take off. Its happened before and it is dangerous.

The idea is that there is a nice, compacted solid surface.

It appears that wasnt the case yesterday

A bit harsh as I'm a Lynn fan supporting the riders regarding the hole, I'll make it easier for you to understand, to get rid of the hole completely you wouldhave to go down to base and blade it out, and not just keep filling it in, does that make it easier for you.

The base was bladed that is why it is much smoother now.
